We want to show the creative work of a fairly newly established architectural firms – namely, the Loft FALIRO. The long-standing friendship between Sotos Mallas and Aaron Ritenour leads to the beginning of the ESE Studio in 2011. As a legendary example of his interesting perspective and sensitivity for beautiful design and elegant architecture, we decided to introduce “faliro loft” design. The combination of different textures and structures with different materials is just fantastic.
The original warehouse has its footprint as a creative ceiling design of the newly designed apartment, by getting the concrete ribs of the former hall. In response, the horizontal design, the floor in the living area of large natural stone plates forms in a light concrete gray shade. The flooring of the part of the living room with cozy white sofa and modern leather chairs contrasts with its warm brown color. On the subject of wood materials, also the Japanese shoji panels close to playing the role of a room divider means asymmetrically inserted glass panes.

An exciting combination of materials can also be seen in the furniture. The dining table is made of white painted wooden planks and basic steel tubes to metal chairs with holes combine with three hung out over the table pendant lamps made of wood, each of them in different ways. The eye-catcher in the outdoor area are two extraordinary wicker chairs by Moroso. The black guide on here is also in the ground. Black natural stone tiles are used as floor covering in the small covered pond basin. A futuristic city map is displayed on the ground by means of white lines. Small wooden platforms serve as a walkway in the water, leading to a seating area with sofa and pallet table to the other side terrace.
